| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药药熨疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：随机将122例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为观察组（62例）和对照组（60例），观察组采用中药药熨疗法和关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠；对照组用单纯关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠。结果：观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论：中药药熨结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese medicine（TCM） ironing therapy to osteoarthritis of knee. Methods： 122 cases of osteoarthritis of knee were randomly divided into observation group 162 cases） and control group （60 cases）. The patients of observation group were treated with TCM ironing and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate; the control group with simple intra-articutar injection of sodium hyaluronate. Results; The efficacy of observation group was superior to control group markedly. Conclusion： TCM ironing combined with intra-artieular injection of sodium hyaluronate is the better method for osteoarthritis of knee. |
