| 摘 要： | 以对氨基苯乙酮为内标，反相HPLC法测定头孢克洛缓释片的含量。固定相为Spherisorb 18，流动相为0．05mol／L磷酸二氢钾(用稀磷酸(3→500)调pH值为3．4)-乙腈(94：6)。紫外检测波长为254nm，线性范围为0．08—0．4mg／ml(n=5，r=0．9999)，进样20μl，平均回收率为99．3％(n=5)，RSD=0．6％。 |

| Abstract: | A simple and accurate reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography method for the assay of cefaclor in tablets using p-aminoacetophenone as the internal standard was developed. The detection wavelength was 254cm. C18 Column(Spherisorb) accompaned with the mobile phase composed of 0.05mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (94:6) was used. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.08-0.4mg/ml (n=5,r = 0.9999), and the average recovery was 99.3%(n =5 RSD=0.6%). |
