| 摘 要： | 目的 对拉曼光谱应用的原理与发展进行了概述.方法 简单介绍了拉曼光谱仪的构造与拉曼技术的应用范围,着重描述了拉曼光谱技术在药品鉴别中的研究进展.结果与结论 拉曼光谱分析具有操作简便、测定时间短、灵敏度高等优点,可作为理想的筛查工具在药品市场监督中发挥重要的作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the principal and development progress of Raman spectroscopy application. Methods Construction of Raman spectrometer and application fields of Raman techniques was briefly introduced. Especially, the research progress of Raman spectroscopy on drug identification is detailly described. Results and Conclusion Due to its simple operation, short time and high-sensitivity, Raman spectroscopy can be used as an ideal screening tool in pharmaceutical market and play an important role on drug supervision. |
