摘    要:
目的:探索金银花的新型提取工艺.方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定绿原酸含量,比较水提法与液-液双相连续萃取法对绿原酸提取率的差别.结果:水提法与液-液双相连续萃取法对绿原酸提取率的差异具有显著性,液-液双相连续萃取法所得浸膏率低、绿原酸占浸膏比率高.结论:液-液双相连续萃取法所提绿原酸虽在含量上低于普通水提取,但其纯度高,杂质含量少,可作为一种有效的金银花中绿原酸的提取分离方法.

Abstract:
Objective:To study a new exlraction method for chlorogenie acid in Flos Lonicerae. Methods: Uhraviolet spectrophotometry method was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid. The abstraction rate of chlorogenie acid by water extraction was compared to that of liquid-liquid continuous extraction method. Results :There was a significant difference between the two methods on chlorogenic acid extraction rate. Liquid-liquid continuous extraction method has low extract rate, and chlorogenie acid accounts for high proportion of the concrete. Conclusion: The liquid-liquid continuous extraction method is a new and high efficiency separation method.
