2011～2012年上半年甘肃省HIV感染者中新近感染状况分析

目的分析2011~2012年上半年甘肃省358例新报告HIV感染人群中艾滋病新近感染状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集2011~2012年上半年甘肃省新报告病例确认阳性的样本,用BED捕获酶联免疫方法进行检测,获得该人群HIV新近感染的构成比。结果 2011~2012年上半年全省新报告HIV感染病例684例,确证阳性病例358例,其中109例为新近感染病例,同性性传播占报告总数的45.8%,异性性传播占28.3%;20~50岁年龄组是发病的高危人群占64.2%,患者男女性别比7.38∶1。结论甘肃省艾滋病的流行趋势在同性性传播人群的新发感染率较高,青壮年是发生感染几率较大的群体;应采取有效干预措施,防止HIV由职业人群向一般人群蔓延。

Analysis of recent HIV infection situation in Gansu Province from 2011 to the first half year of 2012

Objective To analyze new HIV infection in new reported 358 cases with AIDS in Gansu Province from 2011 to the first half year of 2012, to provide scientific basis for formulating control measures. Methods The confirmed posi- tive samples newly reported in Gansu Province during the period were collected to carry out detection by BED-CEIA. Con- stituent ratio of new HIV infection of the population was calculated. Results There were 684 new infection cases with HIV new reported during the period. 358 cases were confirmed to be positive, including 109 cases of new infection. Homo- sexual transmission accounted for 45.8% of the total reported cases, while heterosexual transmission occupied 28.3%. Age group of 20 to 50 year-old was the high risk population, accounting for 64.2%. Sex ratio was 7.38 ： 1. Conclusions The prevalence trend of HIV infection in Gansu is that new infection rate is high in homosexual transmission people, while young adults are the mainly vulnerable groups. Effective measures should be taken to prevent HIV from spreading to common popu- lation.
