甘肃省定西市艾滋病病毒抗体筛查实验室工作现况调查

目的了解甘肃省定西市艾滋病病毒抗体筛查实验室工作现状,为进一步加强实验室建设、提高实验室检测能力和质量控制提供科学依据。方法 2012年8月采用问卷调查和现场评价相结合的方式进行调查。结果定西市17家病毒抗体筛查实验室均能按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》的要求开展检测工作,17家实验室检测人员均经过省级培训,取得合格证书;各项工作制度齐全,绝大部分实验室仪器使用记录规范齐全;生物安全用品配置齐全,实验室工作人员定期接受健康检查;疾病预防控制系统和血液系统实验室基本上都建立了外部质控并且运行良好,医疗系统大部分实验室未建立外部质控。结论艾滋病病毒抗体筛查实验室的建设、检测能力、质量控制与质量管理,是保证检测结果准确、可靠的至关重要条件,因此,应加大对实验室的软硬件建设的投入,做好实验室人员培训、提高质量控制意识,加强质量管理,为艾滋病防治工作提供科学准确的技术保证。

Cross-sectional investigation on HIV-screening laboratories in Dingxi City of Gansu Province

Objective To investigate current situation of HIV-screening laboratories in Dingxi City of Gansu Province, and provide a scientific basis for construction of the HIV-screening laboratories and improvement of detection ability and quality control. Methods Questionnaire in combination with field evaluation was made in August, 2012. Results The investi- gated 17 laboratories developed detection according to National Technological Specification of AIDS Detection basically. Staffs at the 17 laboratories got conformity certificate after provincialtraining. Working systems were complete and records of instrumentation at most laboratories were up to the standard. Allocation of biosafety articles was integrated, and staffs in the laboratories took health examination regularly. External quality control was established at the laboratories of systems of disease control and hematology and operated smoothly, while most of the laboratories of medical institutions didn＇t set up the external quality. Conclusions Construction, detection ability, quality control and management are important conditions for ensuring accuracy and reliability of the detection. Therefore, investment in software and hardware construction of labora- tories should be increased to develop training, improve consciousness of quality control and reinforce quality management, so as to provide scientific and accurate technology insurance for AIDS prevention.
