458份痰抗酸染色涂片和结核杆菌快速培养的结果比较

目的：评价痰抗酸染色和快速结核菌培养检测结核分枝杆菌的临床诊断价值,分析两种方法的优缺点.方法：对458份痰标本同时采用抗酸染色涂片法和快速结核菌培养法进行检测,并对其阳性率进行比较.结果：458例痰标本抗酸染色阳性160例,阳性率34.9％；结核菌培养阳性223例,阳性率48.7％；其中痰抗酸染色涂片与结核菌培养均阳性150例,阳性率32.8％；痰抗酸染色涂片阳性,结核菌培养阴性10例,阳性率2.2％；痰抗酸染色涂片阴性,结核菌培养阳性73例,阳性率15.9％；痰抗酸染色涂片与结核菌培养均阴性225例.结论：痰快速结核菌培养阳性率高于抗酸染色涂片,但不能过分依赖仪器,应对可疑标本做好涂片验证.抗酸染色报告时间短,价格低廉,两种方法在结核病的诊断中相互弥补,缺一不可.

Detection result comparison between sputum smear acid-fast stain and fast culture of mycobacterium tuberculosis in 458 sputum specimens

Objective：To evaluate the clinical diagnosis value of the detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis by the sputum acid-fast stain and fast culture of mycobaeterium tuberculosis, and analyze the advantage and shortcoming in two methods. Methods： Detections with sputum smear acid-fast stain and fast culture of mycobacterium tuberculosis were conducted simultaneously to the 458 sputum specimen,and comparisons were given to the.detection rate. Results：160 were detected positive in the 458 sputum acid-fast stain eases with the positive rate 34.9%;223 were detected positive in the 458 fast culture of myeobaeterium tuberculosis eases with the positive rate 48.7%;150 eases were positive in both tests with the positive rate 32.8% ; 10 eases were detected positive in the sputum acid-fast stain tests and negative in the fast eulturetests with the positive rate 2.2%;73 cases were detected negative in the sputum aeid-fast staintests and positive in the fastculture tests with the positive rate 15.9%;225 cases were negative in both the sputum acid stain and fast culture tests.Conclusion： Positive rate in the fast culture tests are higher than that in the acid-fast stain tests, but verification with stain tests should be given to the suspicious specimen in which the result by the equipment should not be over-relied. The acid-fast stain test has a short reporting time and lower price, and two methods are complementary to each other, which are indispensable in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
