清肺化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察

目的：观察清肺化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例支原体肺炎患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用阿奇霉素,研究组在对照组基础上加用清肺化痰汤,治疗周期均为2周,治疗结束后评定疗效。结果：研究组临床总有效率为88.89%,显著优于对照组的66.67%（P〈0.05）;研究组患者咳嗽、肺部罗音、发热等临床症状及体征消失时间均显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：清肺化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效确切,值得推广使用。

Clinical therapeutic effect of Qingfei Huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Qingfei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods：90 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.The cases in the control group were treated with azithromycin,and the cases in the study group were applied with Qingfei huatan decoction on the basis of azithromycin treatment.The course of treatment was 2 weeks.Results： The clinical total effective rate in the study group was 88.89%,which was significantly better than that（66.67%）in the control group（P0.05）.The disappeared time of children in coughing,pulmonary rales,fever and other clinical symptoms in the control group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions： The efficacy of Qingfei huatan decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia is exact,and is worthy of clinical use.
