| 摘 要： | 目的：总结经尿道等离子双极前列腺电切术（PKRP）治疗前列腺增生的临床经验和教训.方法：采用PKRP治疗前列腺增生患者800例.结果：手术时间平均65 min,切除前列腺组织平均40.3 g.术后输血5例,继发尿道狭窄2例.无永久性尿失禁及电切综合征发生.结论：PKRP是一种有效、安全而又理想的治疗前列腺增生症的方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the experiences and the lessons in the author＇s initial practice of PKRP in 800 caces. Methods：CYRUS Plasmakinetic bipolar vaporized resectoscope was performed on 800 patients of benign prostatic hyperation. Results： Mean operation time is 65 minutes. Mean weight of resected prostatic tissue is 40.3 grams. Blood transfusion was given to 5 patients and 2 patients had postoperative urethral stricture. There was not a case suffering from permanent urinary incontinence or TURP syndromes. Conclusions： The transurethral plas- makinetic resection of prostate is an effective,safe and better treatment option for BPH. |
