医用高分子夹板治疗肋骨骨折的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的:观察医用高分子夹板在治疗肋骨骨折中的临床疗效。方法:对2009年10月-2012年lO月本院116例肋骨骨折患者完全随机分组:医用高分子夹板治疗组63人和传统胸部多头胸带包扎固定治疗组53人。观察两组治疗后1、24、48、72h的疼痛症状缓解程度及肺部感染等并发症的发生率,,结果:医用高分子夹板治疗组疼痛缓解程度均高于传统治疗组(P〈0.05)。医用高分子夹板治疗组肺部感染情况优于传统治疗组(P〈0.05)。结论:医用高分子夹板对肋骨骨折区域有良好的固定作用,可迅速减轻疼痛、改善呼吸功能、减少肺部感染等并发症的发生,是一种简单有效治疗肋骨骨折的方法。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effects of medical polymer splint tor the treatment of rib fracture. Methods: A total of 116 consecutive children with rib fracture admitted to The 263th Hospital of People's Liberation Army between October 2009 and October 2012 were randomly allocated to be treated with medical polymer splint (observation group, n = 63) and conventional chest bandage fixation ( control group, n = 53 ). The amelioration of pain and incidence of complications, i.e. pulmonary infection, were compared at lh, 24 h, 48 h and 72 h following the treatment, respectively. Results: Treatment with medical polymer splint was associated with marked amelioration of pain and lower incidence of pulmonary infection corupared with the conventional treatment ( both P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Characterized by rapid attenuation of pain, markedly improved respiratory capacity and lower incidence of complications, i.e. pulmonary infection, the medical polymer splint otters solid fixation and should be regarded as a simple approach for the treatment of rib fracture.
