护生实习前临床沟通能力及影响因素分析

摘    要:
目的:调查护生实习前临床沟通能力现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2012年7月即将进入实习的中职和高职学生共263名作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、一般自我效能量表和护生临床沟通能力测评量表进行调查。结果护生临床沟通能力总分为(82.56±8.87)分,其中共同参与得分率最低,验证感受和传递信息次之,敏锐倾听得分率最高。学生一般自我效能总分为(2.37±0.49)分。影响护生临床沟通能力的主要因素有与老师的关系、一般自我效能、是否为学生干部、与患者的关系和报考意愿5项,可解释临床沟通能力总变异量的20.7%。结论护生实习前临床沟通能力处于中等水平,在开展人际沟通、护理礼仪等课程的同时,采取多种措施增进护生与老师的关系、提高其自我效能感、鼓励其参加学生管理工作、增加护生与患者交流机会、培养其对本专业的职业认同感,可提高护生临床沟通能力。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical communication competency and its influencing factors among nursing students .Methods The clinical communication competency and its influencing factors were investigated among 263 nursing students , using the self-efficacy scale and the evaluation on clinical communication ability of nursing students scale .Results The total score of the clinical communication competency was (82.56 ±8.87).Among them, the score of participation was the lowest .The total score of self-efficacy was (2.37 ±0.49).The influencing factors of clinical communication competency included the relationship between the students and teachers , self-efficacy , whether being a student leader or not , the relationship between the students and patients , and the willingness to be a nurse , which accounted for 20.7%of the total variation of clinical communication competency .Conclusions The clinical communication competency of nursing students should be improved .Nursing teachers should take measures to enhance self-efficacy, encourage students to be a leader and improve the relationship between students and patients , in order to develop students’ professional identity for the nursing profession .
