心理干预改善癌症患者心身状况的荟萃研究

[目的]了解心理干预对癌症患者心身状况的影响，为癌症的临床心理干预提供依据。[方法]检索CNKI 1999—2008年发表的相关文献，筛选出11组符合入组标准的数据进行Meta分析。[结果]和对照组相比，心理干预后研究组SCL-90九个因子的得分均显著下降．其中“躯体化”因子下降了0．40（95％CI：0.34～0．45）；“强迫”因子下降了0．34（95％CI：0．29～O-39）：“人际关系”因子下降了0．22（95％CI：0．17～0．27）；“抑郁”因子下降了0．47（95％CI：0．42～0.52）：“焦虑”因子下降了0．50（95％CI：0．44-0．55）；“敌对”因子下降了0.31（95％CI：0．24～0.37）：“惊恐”因子下降了0．21（95％CI：0．15～0．26）；“偏执”因子下降了0．18（95％CI：0．12～0．24）；“精神病性”因子下降了0．24（95％CI：0．19～0．30），合并检验的P值均〈0．001，具有显著的统计学差异。[结论]实施心理干预能有效改善癌症患者的心身状况。

Meta-analysis of the Effects of Psychological Intervention on Physical and Mental Condition in Cancer Patients

[Purpose] To study the influence of psychological intervention on physical and mental condition of cancer patients, and to provide the basis for cancer clinical psychological intervention. [Methods] Related literatures in CNKI published between 1998 and 2008 were searched Meta analysis was carried out in 11 groups those matched the enrolling standard. [Results] Compared with the control groups, all the 9 factors scores of SCL-90 in the study groups decreased significantly after psychological intervention （P〈0.001）. Among them, the score of somatization decreased 0.40（95%CI：0.34-0.45）, obsessive-compulsive decreased 0.34（95%CI：0.29-0.39）, interpersonal sensitivity decreased 0.22（95%CI：0.17-0.27）, depression decreased 0.47 （95%CI：0.42- 0.52）, anxiety decreased 0.50 （95%CI：0.44-0.55）, hostility decreased 0.31 （95%CI：0.24-0.37）, phobic ideation decreased 0.21 （95%CI：0.15-0.26）, paranoid ideation decreased 0.18 （95%CI： 0.12-0.24）, and psychoticism decreased 0.24 （95%CI：0.19-0.30）. The merge examination＇s P value was smaller than 0.001, with significant difference. [Conclusion] Psychological intervention effectively improves physical and mental condition of cancer patients.
