胎盘早剥的50例临床诊治分析

目的学会正确处理胎盘早剥的方法，最大限度减少胎盘早剥对母婴的危害。方法根据50例胎盘早剥患者的发病诱因和临床表现轻重，选择合适的分娩方式。结果本组诱因妊娠期高血压病20例，胎膜早破8例，脐带因素6例，羊水过多6例，房事和外伤4例，原因不明6例。50例患者中剖宫产分娩32例（占64．0％），经阴道分娩18例（36．0％）。胎儿死亡1例，重度窒息3例，轻度窒息6例，无一例孕产妇死亡。结论早发现、早诊断和早治疗胎盘早剥，能有效地减少胎盘早剥对母婴的危害。

Clinical diagnosis and treatment of 50 cases with placental abruption
