经皮肾穿刺扩张技术在肾囊肿治疗中的应用

目的：探讨经皮肾穿刺技术在肾囊肿治疗中的应用价值。方法：在腹部彩超引导下，采用经皮肾穿刺扩张技术对26例肾囊肿进行穿刺扩张置管引流，间断注射无水乙醇1 - 3次。术后1 - 6月随访复查囊肿大小变化。结果：本组病例随访1 ～ 6个月，26例囊肿中21例治愈，显效4例，无效1例，总有效率达96.2%，该例无效病人为术后出现漏尿，改为开放手术治愈。结论：彩超引导下，采用经皮肾穿刺扩张技术引流肾囊肿加无水乙醇注射是治疗肾囊肿的安全、有效方法。

The application of percutaneous renal puncture technique in the treatment of renal cyst

Objective： To investigate the value of Percutaneous renal puncture technique in the treatment of renal cyst. Methods： By using lolor Doppler ulfrasound guide] percutaneous renal puncture-expansion techisique, 26 renal cysts were punctured, expanded, catheterized and drained. The renal cysts were infused with absolute alcohol 1 ~ 3 times diseontinuosly. The patients were followed-up for 1 - 3 months after operation to check the variation of cyst size. Results： The results of 1 - 6 moths follow-up showed 21 cured, 4 improved and one ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.2%. Leakage of urine was found in the ineffective case. However, the patient was cured after open surgery. Conclusion： This technigue is a safe and effective method for the treatment of renal cyst.
