摘    要:目的:探索制备二花连翘颗粒并建立其质量控制方法。方法:通过回流提取制备二花连翘颗粒;用薄层色谱法对二花连翘颗粒中的金银花、野菊花和甘草进行定性鉴别,并对绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱法对金银花、野菊花和甘草的定性鉴别专属性强;绿原酸的线性范围为0.08—0.8μg,平均回收率为98.07%,变异系数1.10%。结论:该制剂制备工艺可行,质量控制方法可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the preparation of Erhualianqiao granules and establish the quality control method. Methods: Erhualianqiao granules were prepared by reflux extraction. The Honeysuckle, Chrysanthemum and Licorice of Erhualianqiao granules were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and the contents of chlorogenic acid in three different batches of Erhualianqiao granules were tested by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: The thin layer chromatography method of identification of Honeysuckle, Chrys- anthemum and Licorice was highly specific. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.08 - 0.8 I~g and the average recovery was 98.07%. The coefficient of variation was 1.10%. Conclusion: The preparation process is feasible and quality control method is reliable.
