| 摘 要： | 罗格列酮可用于治疗糖尿病,其作用机制是通过激活过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ,降低胰岛素抵抗,增加外周组织对胰岛素敏感性,改善β细胞功能,降低血糖,改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖、血脂、血压等,减少心血管病变的发生。本文就罗格列酮对2型糖尿病患者心血管系统的影响及其作用机制予以综述。

| Abstract: | Rosiglitazone can cure diabetes by activating peroxisome proliferator activated receptor （PPARγ） and then reducing the insulin resistance, increasing the sensitivity of peripheral tissue to issue,promoting function of beta ceils, decreasing theblood sugar, improving the blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure of type 2 diabetes, and reducing the genesis of cardiovascular diseases. This article reviewed the effect of rosiglitazone on cardiovascular diseases and related mechanisms in treating type 2 diabetes. |
