摘    要:液 -液萃取、毛细管气相色谱 氮磷检测器法测定血浆中毒鼠强。标准曲线线性范围 0 1~ 5 μg ml。三倍噪声的检出限为 1 5pg ,定量限为 10ng ml血 ,高、中、低三个浓度的回收率分别为 96 0 %、10 7 0 %和10 6 8%、批内精密度为 9 6 %、9 8%和 7 8% (RSD)、批间精密度为 6 6 %、8 5 %和 6 2 % (RSD)。样品在 -4℃冰箱保存可稳定 5个月

Abstract:A method was developed to measure the tetramine in plasma by liquid-liquid extraction and GC-NPD with the limit of detection (LOD) 1.5 pg and the limit of quantity 10 ng/ml. The linear range was 0.1-5 micrograms/ml with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. Recoveries for three concentrations of tetramine were 96.0%, 107.0%, 106.8%. The intra-day precision were 9.6%, 9.8%, 7.8%, the inter-day precision were 6.6%, 8.5%, 6.2%. Tetramine in plasma was stable up to 5 months at -4 degrees C.
