心血管病房护士岗位管理方法研究

摘    要:目的:制定适合心血管病房临床护士岗位管理的方法。方法:采用Delphi法进行专家函询,对25名心血管病房护士长进行3轮问卷咨询。结果:经过3轮问卷咨询,专家意见集中、统一,总体协调系数达到了0.4~0.5。制定出心血管病房护士岗位管理方法,包括心血管病房护士岗位目录,各能级护士岗位职责、任职条件、绩效考评内容,薪酬分配方案等,为临床护士管理提供参考。结论:运用Delphi法制定出的心血管病房护士岗位管理方法是科学可行的。

A study on nurses position management method in cardiovascular ward

Abstract:Objective:To establish the suitable management method for clinical nurses position in cardiovascular ward.Methods:Delphi expert inquiry method was used to consult 25 cardiovascular ward head nurses for three rounds.Results:After 3 rounds of questionnaire consultation,expert opinions were centralized and unified;overall coordination coefficient reaches 0.4~0.5.Cardiovascular ward nurses’ position management methods were developed including:cardiovascular ward nurses position directory,nurse responsibilities for each level,qualifications,performance evaluation,and salary distribution scheme.Conclusion:Developed by using Delphi method,the cardiovascular ward nurses’ positionmanagementmethodisscientificandfeasible.
