我国现行执业药师与执业医师资格考试制度的比较

目的：进一步完善执业药师的资格考试制度。方法：通过对比我国执业药师与执业医师资格考试制度的实施状况，包括相应的报考条件、考试大纲、考试内容以及考试管理等，探索一些共性与个性的问题。结果与结论：借鉴执业医师资格考试制度，改革报考条件，发展执业民族药师，注重实践技能的考核，提高评卷科学性。

Comparison on Qualification Examination Systems between Licensed Pharmacist and Licensed Physician Currently

Objective： To bring the qualification examination of licensed pharmacist to completion. Method： By comparing of qualification examination systems between the licensed pharmacist and the licensed physician in the fields of their respective requirements, syllabus, contents, examination management and so on, universality and individuality of both were analyzed. Result ＆ Conelusion： learning from licensed physician examination systems, to reform licensed pharmacist requirements, develop the licensed national pharmacists, focus on practical skills assessment and make marking more scientific.
