摘    要:目的 探讨嗜酸性肝脓肿的影像和病理表现.方法 回顾性分析8例经病理证实的嗜酸性肝脓肿的资料,分析其影像表现.结果 8例行CT增强扫描,表现为3种强化方式:动脉期病变边缘轻度强化,静脉期及延迟期呈分隔状强化3例;动脉期病变边缘轻度强化,静脉期及延迟期呈蜂窝状强化4例;动脉期病变表现为连续的环状强化,静脉期及延迟期呈低密度1例.MR检查2例,平扫病灶均呈T1WI等、T2WI高信号,DWI表现为高信号;MR增强扫描动脉期病变呈蜂窝状强化,静脉期及平衡期持续强化.结论 了解嗜酸性肝脓肿的影像表现对于提高该病的诊断准确率具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the imaging and pathological manifestations of eosinophilic liver abscess. Methods The data of 8 cases with surgery and histopathological proved eosinophilic liver abscess were retrospectively analyzed, the imaging manifestations were observed. Results Eight patients were performed enhancement CT scanning, including the following fetures: In arterial phase, the lesions edge mildly enhanced which were separated like enhancement in venous and delayed phase (n=3); in arterial phase, the lesions edge mildly enhanced, which were honeycomb enhancement in venous and delayed phases (n=4); in arterial phase, lesions showed a continuous ring enhancement, which became low density in venous and delayed phases (n=1). Two patients underwent MRI, uniform signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI were observed, DWI demonstrated high signal; in arterial phase, lesions showed honeycomb enhancement, which was persistent enhancemnet in venous and delayed phase. Conclusion Understanding the imaging findings of eosinophilic liver abscess can improve diagnostic accuracy.
