临床护理路径在老年肺部感染患者中的应用及效果

目的探讨临床护理路径（CNP）对老年肺部感染患者临床护理质量的影响。方法将60例老年肺部感染患者随机分为试验组（30例）和对照组（30例）。试验组应用CNP护理，对照组按呼吸科常规护理。比较2组患者痰细菌培养合格率、出院前患者和家属的满意度及2组患者的平均住院天数。结果试验组患者痰细菌培养合格率显著高于对照组，患者和家属满意度均优于对照组，患者住院天数少于对照组。结论CNP有助于提高临床护理质量，促进患者康复。

Application and effectiveness of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate the effects of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） on nursing quality in elderly patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 60 elderly patients with lung infection were randomly divided into the test group （n： 30） and control one （n： 30）. The test group was given care according to CNP , the control group was given routine nursing. Pass rate of sputum bacterial culture, satisfaction of patients and their families, the average days in the hospital in 2 groups were compared. Results The pass rate of sputum bacterial culture , satisfaction of patients and their families in the test group was higher than that in the control group. The average length of stay in the hospital in the test group was shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion CNP can improve the clinical nursing quality and promote the rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary infection.
