睡眠干预对内科患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨睡眠干预在内科住院患者中的应用效果.方法 选取100例内科患者为研究对象,并对他们的睡眠情况进行分析.100名患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用睡眠干预,比较两组的护理效果.结果 身体不适、病房噪音和心理因素是影响内科患者睡眠的主要因素.观察组干预1 w后、出院前的睡眠质量指数均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.观察组出院前在生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能等生活质量方面的评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 内科住院患者存在一定的睡眠障碍,睡眠干预有利于提高患者的睡眠质量和生活质量.

The effect of sleep intervention on life and sleep qualities of patients in internal medicine department

Objective To investigate the effect of sleep intervention on life and sleep qualities of patients in internal medicine department.Methods A total of 100 cases in internal medicine department were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given sleep intervention,nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Physical discomfort,ward noise and psychological factors were the main factors affecting patients＇sleep.Sleep quality index before discharge and after 1 w intervention in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Life quality scores such as physiological function,body pain,emotional function before discharge in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Sleep disorders are existed in internal medicine department patients,sleep intervention is beneficial to improve sleep and life qualities of the patients.
