环磷腺苷葡胺治疗重症肺心病的疗效观察

目的观察环磷腺苷葡胺注射液治疗重症肺心病的临床疗效、心肺功能、血气变化。方法将42例重症肺心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组常规治疗相同，治疗组加用环磷腺苷葡胺180mg加入5％葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注，每日1次，疗程10～14d。比较两组治疗后临床症状、心肺功能和动脉血气的改善程度。结果两组治疗后临床症状、心肺功能、血气指标明显改善，但治疗组优于对照组。结论环磷腺苷葡胺治疗重症肺心病有明显疗效。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Meglumine Cyclic Adenosine on Severe Pulmonary Heart Disease

Objective To observe clinical efficacy of meglumine cyclic adenosine on cardio pulmonary function and blood gas analysis in patients with severe pulmonary disease.Methods 42 patients with severe pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.With same conventional treatment,treatment group was based on the use of meglumine cyclic adenosine 180mg in 5% glucose injection 250mL intravenously once a day for 10 - 14 days,and clinical symptoms after treatment,eardio pulmonary function and arterial blood gas of the degree of improvement were compared.Results The cardio pulmonary function and blood gas index of treatment group were improved more obviously than that of control group.Conclusion There is obvious effect in treatment of severe pulmonary heart disease with meglumine cyclic adenosine.
