乳腺乳头状瘤的无创性影像学表现分析

目的：探讨分析乳腺乳头状瘤的无创性影像学表现。方法回顾性分析32例经手术病理证实的导管内乳头状瘤患者的X线钼靶平片及MRI表现。结果乳腺钼靶平片：9例有异常表现，23例无异常发现。阳性率为28.1%。MRI检查：32例均显示有异常强化病灶，其中诊断为乳头状瘤14例，诊断为其它病变18例。阳性率为100%，正确诊断率为43.8%。结论乳腺钼靶平片结合磁共振检查作为两种无创性影像学检查，是诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤的有效方法，但应该注意与导管内癌、纤维瘤、单纯导管扩张等其它病变鉴别。

Noninvasive Imaging Manifestation Analysis of Intraductal Papillomas of the Breast

Objective To study the noninvasive imaging manifestations of intraductal papillomas of the breast. Methods A retrospective review of the Molybdenum target radiography manifestations and MRI manifes-tations of 32 cases of intraductal papillomas which were proved by operative pathology were performed. Results Molybdenum target radiography：9 cases had abnormal manifestations, other 23 cases were normal. The positive rate was 28.1%. MRI：All 32 cases had abnormal enhancement lesions, 14 cases were diagnosed with intraductal papillomas, 18 cases were diagnosed with other pathologies. The positive rate was 100%. The correct diagnosis rate was 43.8%. Conclusion As two noninvasive imaging examinations, Molybdenum target radiography and MRI are methods which can effectively diagnose intraductal papillomas of the breast but should be differentiated from intraductal carcinoma, ifbroma, mere ductal ectasia and etc.
