| 摘 要： | 根据目前医院健康体检的现状，依据客户关系管理的理论和方法，对健康体检的业务流程和客户进行了系统的分析研究，提出了一种撼于遗传和职业关系链的健康体检客户关系管理模型，并在此基础上研究和开发了医院健康体检中心客户关系管理系统，从医院健康体检中心实施效果显现，达到了研究和设计该系统的目标要求。

| Abstract: | Based on current health examination service and the theory of customer relationship management, a systematical study on business process on health examination and client relationship were analyzed. A new health examination customer relationship mode based on genetic relationship and career relationship was designed. Customer relationship management system was researched and developed. It was proved the new mode could improve hospital customer relationship management. |
