外固定支架治疗股骨骨折23例

目的：用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗股骨干骨折,总结临床应用的规律。方法：用单侧多功能外固定支架治疗23例股骨干骨折,其中包括开放性和闭合性股骨干骨折,伴软组织损伤的,股骨骨不连的,伴多器官损伤的,结果：股骨骨折全部愈合,治疗过程中有34．8％的病例出现不同程度的针道感染和渗液,有47．8％的病例出现不同程度的膝关节侵硬。结论：外固定支架是治疗复杂的股骨骨折的有效方法,不应作为常规使用,对多发性和危及生命的损伤,或伴大面积软组织损伤时使用较好。

The treatment of 23 femoral fractures with unilateral external fixation.

Objective Study clinic rule of treatment of femoral fractures with unilateral external fixation.Methods 23 femoral fractures,include open and closed femoral fractures,femoral fractures with extensive soft tissue injuries,femoral non unions,femoral fracture with multiple organ injuries,were treated by unilateral external fixation.Results All femoral fractures healed,pin infection rate were 34.8% in all femoral fractures knee ankylosis rate were 47.8%.Conclusion External fixation is good for treatment of complicated femoral fractures,External fixation should not be routinely used for fixation of femoral fractures,but may be considered in multiply injured and critically ill patients or in case of extensive soft tissue injury.
