| 摘 要： | 目的 建立测定抑毒调肝合剂中丹参素钠含量的反相高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm),柱温30℃,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-水-冰醋酸(0.5:8:92:1),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长280 nm.结果 丹参素钠质量浓度在32.52～162.60 μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.991 4),平均回收率为97.96％,RSD为0.88％(n=9).结论 该方法简便快速、准确、重复性好,可用于制剂中丹参素钠的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an RP- HPLC method for the determination of sodium danshensu in Yidutiaogan Mixture. Methods The analysis was carried out at 30℃ on a Hypersil C18 column （250 min×4.6 mm,5 um）. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-water-acetic acid（0. 5：8：92：1） and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 rim. Results The calibration curve of sodium danshensu was linear over the range of 32.52- 162.60 ug/mL（ r =0. 991 4）. The average recovery was 97.96%, RSD = 0. 88% （n = 9）. Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the content determination of sodium danshensu in Yidutiaogan Mixture. |
