| 摘 要： | 目的:分析肾衰患者尿液电导率的变化以评价肾脏浓缩功能。方法:对61例肾衰患者和健康人群标本配对,用UF-100全自动尿液分析仪测定尿电导率。结果:肾衰患者和健康人群尿液电导率配对t检验,t=5.83,P<0.001,两组差异有显著性。结论:尿电导率可以作为肾功能衰竭患者肾小管浓缩功能的一个评价指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of urine conductivity in renal failure patients.Methods 61 urine samples in the renal failure patients and the healthy were examined on the automated Flow Ccytomenter(UF-100),and got the conductivity results.Results By paired-sample T test on the results,t=5.83,P<0.001,urine conductivity in renal failure patients were obviously different.Conclusion By conductivity we can evaluate the determination of renal function of concentration and dilution. |
