我院2008-2010年ICU院内感染菌株分布及耐药性分析

目的:了解ICU院内感染病例菌株分布及常用抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法:对我院2008-2010年ICU住院患者各类送检标本细菌培养、分离鉴定和药敏试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果:院内感染病例中共分离出病原菌856株,其中革兰阴性杆菌617株,占72.1%;革兰阳性球菌164株,占19.2%;真菌75株,占8.8%。革兰阴性杆菌对第3、4代头孢菌素耐药率较高,对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/舒巴坦、阿米卡星敏感性较好,亚胺培南总耐药率最低。革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素的耐药率为0%。结论:分离的病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌为主,所占比例有逐年升高趋势,对抗菌药物的耐药率总体上有上升趋势,且耐药性不断发生变化。

Distribution of Pathogenic Bacteria of Hospital Infection in ICU and Drug Resistance Analysis in Our Hospital during 2008-2010

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of hospital infection in ICU and drug resistance of common antibiotics.
