云南省澂江县居民食用碘盐调查

目的了解云南省澂江县居民食用碘盐状况。方法2007年3月和2008年1月,在澈江县各镇按东、西、南、北、中5个不同方位分别抽取36和39个村,其中镇政府所在地及其附近抽取2个村,每个村（社区）随机抽取8～10份居民户盐样进行调查。结果澂江县碘盐合格率为86.56%,合格碘盐食用率为82.15%,非碘盐率5.18%,碘盐合格率、非碘盐率2008年均显著高于2007年,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,合格碘盐食用率2年间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。各镇碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均低于90%,凤麓镇最高,均为89.51%;九村镇最低,分别为73.45%和65.67%。阳宗镇和九村镇非碘盐率高于10%,分别为14.53%和12.52%。结论澂江县居民合格碘盐食用率偏低,必须采取综合干预措施,不断提高居民合格碘盐食用率,促进持续消除碘缺乏病目标的实现。

Investigation of Edible Iodize Salt in Chengjiang County of Yunnan Province
