| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期引产的临床效果。方法对我院2003年6月～2007年6月中期引产的328例孕妇进行回顾性研究。结果米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止中期妊娠成功率96.65%。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期引产,安全、有效、出血少、并发症少。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol to terminate the mid-term gestation. Methods 328 cases of pregnant women from June 2003 to June 2007 were retrospectively studied. Results The successful rate of terminating mid-term gestation was 96.65%. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in terminating mid-term gestation is proved to be safe and effective ,with less bleeding and fewer complications. |
