| 摘 要： | 在对杭州疗养院体检资源和体检需求调研分析的基础上,提出了团体和个人两级排队相结合的混合排队模型。据此,设计了动态排队系统,较好地解决了健康体检管理中存在的问题,提高了健康体检服务质量和工作效率。

| Abstract: | In the basis of the investigation and analysis on demand and resources in health examination,the paper re- leased a model which combined two queues both personal and team,and then designed a dynamic queuing system.The system would be better tO solve the problems in current health inspection management, even more to improve the service quality and level in the health inspection centor. |
