| 摘 要： | 目的 研究甘芍注射液对小鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法 采用化学毒物Ｄ－半乳９糖胺和四氯化碳致小鼠肝脏损伤，测定生化指标及观察病理组织学改变。结果 甘芍注射液呈剂量依赖性地明显降低Ｄ－半乳糖胺、四氯化碳引起的小鼠血清ＡＬ－Ｔ和ＳＡＴ增高；病理组织学检查表明甘芍注射液明显减轻肝细胞的变性和坏死。结论 甘芍注射液对小鼠实验性肝损伤有明显的保护作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the protective effects of Ganshao Injection on experimental liver injury in mice.Mothods:The biochemical indexes and histopathological charges of liver injury in mice caused by toxicant chemicals [D galactosamine(D Galn) and CCl 4] were determined.Results:Ganshao Injection obviously dose dependently inhibited the rising of serum ALT and AST caused by D Galn and CCl 4. Histopathological examination showed that Ganshao Injection could evidently alleviate the condition and necrosis of the degeneration of hepatic cells.Conclusion:Ganshao Injection is of obviously protective effects on experimental liver injury in mice. |
