梣属植物化学分类与资源利用的研究

摘    要:
通过32种梣属植物树皮浸液荧光强度和所含七叶甙(aesculin)及七叶亭(aeseuletin)的测定与本属植物系统分类的比较,确证了属下分类的合理性和宿苞亚组的原始地位。揭示了香豆精成分及秦皮药材资源利用价值最大的类群是本属顶生花序组中的无苞亚组和无瓣亚组。

Abstract:
The present paper is devoted to a study of chemical constituents of 32 plants belonging to genus Fraxinus (oleaceae). The results of fluorescent indicat that the coumarin is characteristic constitunts of Fraxinus. Moreover, the quatitative analysis of aesculin and aesculetin was given, these chemical constituents were closly relation to systematic position of genus Fraxinus Linn.From the phylogenetical point of view, the contain high amount of coumarin are all derived from Sect. ornus, they are of value in medicine.Eraxinus griffithii, F. mallachophylla and F. ferruginea contain low amount of coumarin from Sect. ornus. From this, we had discovered that the futhure of morphological and geographical distribution of them is also particular. So we believe that they are primitive class in genus Fraxinus Linn.
