| Abstract: | Racecadotril is an enkephalinase inhibitor with antisecretory and antidiarrheal actions. It is a safe and effective for treating acute diarrhea in adults, children and infants at age of one month or abbve. The paper reviewed the pharmacology and clinical evaluation of racecadotril. |
