| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨p33ING1在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测60例结直肠癌组织及相应正常黏膜组织中p33ING1的表达。结果:结直肠癌组织、相应正常黏膜组织中p33ING1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为43·3%(26/60)、100%(60/60)。p33ING1在无淋巴结转移组及淋巴结转移组癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为57·6%(19/33)、25·9%(7/27)(P<0·05);在Dukes A、B期、Dukes C、D期病例中分别为56·7%(17/30)、30·0%(9/30)(P<0·05)。结论:p33ING1在结直肠癌组织中低表达,在结直肠癌的发生、发展中可能起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the expression of p33ING1 in colorectal carcinoma (CRC). Methods:The expression of p33ING1 was examined immunohistochemically in 60 cases of colorectal cancerous tissues and their corresponding normal mucous tissues. Results:The positive expression rates of p33ING1 in CRC and normal mucous tissues were 43.3(26/60) and 100(60/60), respectively. The positive rate of p33ING1 expression in cancerous tissues of node-negative group or Dukes A and B stages was significantly higher than that of node-positive group or Dukes C and D(57.6 VS 25.9, 56.7 VS 30.0). Conclusion:Expression of p33ING1 decrease in CRC and p33ING1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of CRC. |
