| 摘 要： | 目的 了解服用环孢素A(CsA)的器官移植患者牙龈增生的发生率和影响因素。方法 以 360例器官移植患者为对象 ,对其年龄、性别、用药时间、服用药物及口腔卫生等与牙龈增生的关系进行分析。结果 360例患者有 1 0 6例 (2 9.4 % )发生牙龈增生 ,同时服用钙离子通道阻滞剂类药物与牙龈增生密切相关 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,牙菌斑指数和龈沟出血指数与牙龈增生的发生率和严重程度密切相关 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 同期服用环孢素A和钙离子通道阻滞剂类药物可能使牙龈增生的发生率和严重程度增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence of cyclosporin A (CsA) induced gingival overgrowth (GO) and the causes in organ transplant patients of China. Methods 360 organ allograft recipients were chosen. Administered drugs and periodontal conditions were investigated. The relations between GO and age, sex, duration, medicines, oral hygiene were analyzed. Results The CsA induced GO in about 29.44?% of the patients. CsA co administration of Ca 2+ channel block agent and the dental plaque had significant relationship with the possibility of suffering GO and the degree of overgrowth. Conclusion CO administration of CsA with Ca 2+ channel block agent in organ transplant patients may increase the incidence and degree of GO. Keeping away the plaque before and after organ transplantation may decrease the incidence and degree of GO. |
