| 摘 要： | 介绍了13例青壮年(18-40岁)右半结肠癌因误诊为阑尾炎而延误治疗，分析了右半结肠癌并存阑尾炎的原因，认为青壮年右半结肠癌的症状易被并存的阑尾炎症状掩盖；患者阑尾炎及其伴随的其它症状可能对青壮年右半结肠癌的诊断有所提示。并就误诊的原因进行了分析，认为主要是医者思想上对右半结肠癌并存阑尾炎的认识不足，疾病诊断思维方式有欠缺．

| Abstract: | 13 cases of adult (18-40yr old) right-colonic carcinoma mis diagnosed as appen-dicitis were discussed in this paper. The reasons for the co-existence of right-colonic carcinoma and appendicitis were analysed. The symtoms of right colonic carcinoma could be easily concealed by the symptoms of the co-existent appendicitis. The reasons for such mis diagnosis were also dis-cussed, and the main reasons were thought to be insufficient understandng about the co-epistence of these two diseases, and incorrect mode of clinical diagnosis. |
