摘    要:研究了磷氧类萃取剂对稀水溶液中衣康酸的萃取行为,考察了溶剂配比、料酸浓度、操作温度等因素的影响。测定并关联了相平衡数据,证实萃合物为H_2Ita·(TBP)_2·H_2O。对于浓度约为40g/L的衣康酸发酵液,建议用50%TBP-ker为萃取剂,在室温(298 K)下萃取,反萃取用353 K热水。

Abstract:A new process to recover itaconic acid from dilute aqueous solution was developed. Tributyl phosphate is used to extract itaconic acid. Various factors, such as compositlon of the mixed solvents, concentration of itaconic acid in aqueous solution, and operating temperature were studied. The data of liquid-liquid equilibrium were determined and related. A preliminary discussion of the extractive mechanism is also outlined.
