| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高压氧治疗脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）的含量变化与病情之间的相互关系。方法对124例脑梗死患者随机分为高压氧治疗组和常规治疗组，对两组患者急性发病后及高压氧治疗10天后的血浆CRP进行测定，并测定神经功能缺损评分。结果脑梗死患者经高压氧或常规治疗后血清CRP水平显著下降；经神经功能缺损程度评分评定，高压氧治疗的总有效率为92．65％，常规治疗的总有效率为67．86％。结论高压氧能显著改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度，并降低血清CRP水平，值得临床推广应用。 |
