频发房性早搏动态心电图Lorenz散点图的图形特征分析

目的分析频发房性早搏动态心电图Lorenz散点图图形特征。方法 83例频发房性早搏患者,其中15例为频发单源房性早搏患者,68例频发多源房性早搏。频发房性早搏中部分呈二、三联律12例,部分房性早搏未下传10例,频发房性早搏合并多源室性早搏患者28例。所有均进行24 h动态心电图检测,分析各组患者Lorenz散点图图形特征。结果频发房性早搏患者散点图可呈4⁸分布图形,比较复杂。结论本资料分析总结得出多种频发房性早搏散点图特征,为临床分析诊断频发房性早搏提供了一定的参考价值。

Analysis of Lorenz Scatter Diagram about Recurrent Atrial Premature Beat Dynamic Electrocardiogram

Objective To analyze the Lorenz scatter diagram of dynamic electrocardiogram about recurrent atrial premature beat. Method 83 patients with recurrent atrial premature beat,who including 15 patients with monophyletic atrial premature and 68 patients with polyphyletic atrial premature,were analysized. 12 of them were with bigeminy and trigeminy and 10 patients’ parts of recurrent atrial premature beat cannot transmit to the ventricle, and 28 patients have both atrial premature beat and polyphyletic atrial premature. Result The scatter diagram of recurrent atrial premature beat could be a 4-8 diagram. Conclusion These data tells us the Graphics features of various atrial premature beat, which can provide some reference value to clinic diagnoses to a certain extent.
