| 摘 要： | 以健脾益气中药为主的“胃粘膜保护方”(GMP)对大鼠急性乙醇性胃粘膜损伤具有细胞保护作用,使之不出观肉眼损伤,显微镜下损伤及胃粘膜跨膜电位差(PD)的下降亦明显减轻。提示中医脾胃与胃粘膜屏障有一定关系。GMP能提高胃粘膜防御能力,对某些有胃粘膜损伤的疾病,可能具有预防及治疗作用。

| Abstract: | The gastric mucosal protector (GMP), which is basically composed of Chinese herbs, in promoting the normal functions of the digestive system, has a cytoprotective effect against acute gastric mucosa injury caused by ethanol in rats. If the GMP decoction was given p. o. 30 min. before ethanol administration, no gross membrane damage occurred, and the microscopic damage and the drop of gastric transmucosal potential difference (PD) were less marked as well. It suggested that there was some relation between "Pi-Wei" in Traditional Chinese Medicine and gastric mucosa barrier. GMP could strengthen the defending abilities of gastric mucosa, and might play an important role in the treatment and prevention of the disease in which gastric mucosa damage existed. |
