甘草锌联合康复新液治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的效果观察

目的探讨甘草锌联合康复新液在治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）中的临床应用。方法将90例RAU患者分为对照组、治疗组与联合组，每组30例。对照组接受常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用甘草锌治疗，联合组在治疗组基础上联用康复新液进行治疗。观察并比较三组患者的近期疗效、症状评分、远期疗效以及不良反应等。结果对照组、治疗组以及联合组的近期治疗总有效率分别为73．33％、83．33％以及86．67％．与对照组比较，治疗组及联合组治疗总有效率显著升高（P〈0．05）；与对照组比较，治疗组及联合组的症状评分显著改善（P〈0．05），以联合组改善更为显著（P〈0．05）：对照组、治疗组以及联合组远期治疗总有效率分别为71．43％、89．29％以及96．55％，与对照组比较，治疗组及联合组治疗总有效率显著升高（P〈0．05），以联合组更为显著（P〈0．05）。对照组及治疗组未出现不良反应，联合组出现的轻微不良反应在停药后完全消失。结论康复新液联合甘草锌治疗RAU疗效确切，治疗有效率高，对复发控制良好，不良反应少。

Observation on clinical effects of combination therapy of Licorzinc and Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

Objective To explore the clinical application of combination therapy of Licorzinc and Kangfuxin Solution in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods 90 patients with RAU were selected and divided into control group, treatment group and combination group, 30 cases for each group. Control group received regular treatment, treatment group received treatment of Licorzinc based on control group, while combination group received combination treatment of Kangfuxin Solution based on treatments of treatment group. Short-term effects rate, syndrome score, long-term effects rate and side effects were observed and compared. Results Short-term effects rate of control group, treatment group and combination group were 73.33%, 83.33% and 86.67% respectively; compared with control group, short-term effects rate of treatment group and combination group increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）; compared with control group, syndrome score of treatment group and combination group improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）, more significantly in combination group （P 〈 0.05）. Long-term effects rate of control group, treatment group and combination group were 71.43%, 89.29% and 96.55% respectively; compared with control group, long-term effects rate of treatment group and combination group increased significantly （P 〈 0.05）, more significantly in combination group （P 〈 0.05）. Side effects were not observed in control group and treatment group; minor side effects disappeared in combination group after treatments were over. Conclusion Combination therapy of Licorzinc and Kangfuxin Solution shows positive effect of RAU; high cure rate; minor side effects and ideal control of recurrent can be observed.
