全程优质护理模式对子宫切除术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的探讨全程优质护理模式对子宫切除术患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法将90例子宫切除术患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施全程优质护理模式。观察两组患者的依从性，并采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评定患者的心理状态。结果观察组患者的依从性高于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。治疗后，观察组SAS评分[（45.3±9．4）分]明显少于对照组[（53．5±8．6）分]，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组SDS评分[（45．8±8．4）分]亦明显少于对照组[（53．3±7．7）分]，差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论全程优质护理模式能有效改善患者的身心状态，并对患者的依从性有积极作用。

Influence of the full quality nursing mode on anxiety and depression of patients with hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the influence of the full quality nursing mode on anxiety of patients with hysterectomy. Methods 90 patients with hysterectomy were randomly divided into control group （conventional nursing） and observation group （the full quality nursing mode）. The compliance of both groups was observed. The mental status of patients was evaluated by self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS）. Results The com- pliance of observation group was superior to that of control group, with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, the SAS score of observation group [（45.3±9.4） points] was less than that of control group [（53.5±8.6） points], with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）, while the SDS score of observation group [（45.8±8,4） points] was less than that of control group [（53.3±7.7） points], with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The full quality nursing mode can effectively improve the physical and mental state of patients, has a positive effect on the patients＇ compliance.
