中药内外治相结合治疗痤疮62例临床观察

目的评价内服丹参银翘饮联合外敷痤疮面膜治疗痤疮的临床效果及治疗价值,为痤疮的中医药治疗探索出一条行之有效的新思路、新方法。方法根据拟定的痤疮诊断标准选取痤疮患者62例,运用内服丹参银翘饮联合外敷痤疮面膜,内外治相结合进行治疗,2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定,总结治疗结果。结果痊愈18例,显效25例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率达93.5%。结论运用内服丹参银翘饮联合外敷痤疮面膜治疗痤疮临床疗效显著,说明此方法,辩证准确,切中本病病机,是临床上治疗本病的一种较为理想的新方法。

Clinical observation of combination of TCM internal and external treatment for 62 cases with acne

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and therapeutic value of Danshen Yinqiao Drink combined with external application of acne mask in the treatment of acne,to explore an effective new thought,new method for the TCM therapy of acne.Methods According to protocol acne diagnostic criteria,62 cases with acne were chosen and given the combination of internal and external treatment of oral Danshen Yinqiao Drink combined with external appli cation of acne mask,two weeks were as a course,after two courses,the effect was determined and summarized.Results There were 18 cases of cured,25 cases of excellent,15 cases of effective,5 cases of invalid,the total effective rate was 93.5%.Conclusion The clinical effect of oral Danshen Yinqiao Drink combined with external application of acne mask for the treatment of acne is significant,which shows that it has right syndrome differentiation,hits the pathogenesis,and it is an ideal new method.
