2～6岁儿童龋齿家庭影响因素Logistic回归分析

目的研究家庭因素对2～6岁儿童龋齿患病的影响。方法用自行设计的调查表对深圳市辖区6所幼儿园1610名2～6岁儿童进行龋齿的家庭影响因素调查,收集整理数据后进行分析。结果深圳市辖区6所幼儿园1610名儿童患龋率为51.68%,喜食甜食、喜食碳酸饮料、睡前进食是龋齿发病的危险因素,刷牙次数、刷牙时间、使用含氟牙膏、儿童乳牙蛀牙家长处理方式、饭后漱口对预防龋齿的发生有一定的作用（P〈0.05）。结论深圳市辖区附近的儿童龋患率较高,应该主要从喜食甜食、喜食碳酸饮料、睡前进食3个危险因素着手开展预防工作,同时要注意刷牙次数、刷牙时间、使用含氟牙膏、儿童乳牙蛀牙家长处理方式、饭后漱口等,这对降低龋齿发病有一定的作用。

Logistic regression of factors associated with caries among children aged 2-6

Objective To investigate the factors associated with caries among children aged 2-6.Methods 1610 cases of 2-6-year-old children in 6 kindergartens of Shenzhen City received self-designed questionnaire to investigate the family influence factors of caries.The survey data completed by parents were collected systematically.Results The caries prevalence rate of 1610 children in 6 kindergartens of Shenzhen City was 51.68%.The risk factors associated with caries were preference to eating sweet food and drinking sodas,eating before sleep;while,frequency of brushing teeth,time of brushing teeth,usage of toothpaste with fluoride,the way of parents dealing with children＇s caries and gargle after eating had certain effects on the prevention of dental caries（P 0.05）.Conclusion The caries prevalence rate of children in Shenzhen City is quite high.It is necessary to prevent caries from the aspects of preference to eating sweet food and drinking sodas,eating before sleep.Frequency of brushing teeth,time of brushing teeth,usage of tooth paste with fluoride,the way of parents dealing with children＇s caries and gargle after eating have certain effect on the prevention of dental caries.
