护理风险紧急预案在手术室护理工作中的应用效果评价

目的探讨护理风险紧急预案在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取重庆市第三人民医院2010年2月～2011年1月实施护理风险紧急预案前的患者3057例为对照组,2011年2月～2012年1月实施护理风险紧急预案后的患者3349例为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组按照护理风险紧急预案制度进行护理。比较两组护理纠纷及护理差错发生率;比较两组护理质量及患者满意度。结果观察组护理差错及护理纠纷发生率为0.14%（5/3499）、0.23%（8/3499）,均优于对照组0.95%（29/3057）、1.01%（31/3057）],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组健康教育、护理流程、专业技术、仪表行为、语言沟通得分为（94.48±0.68）、（94.59±0.69）、（94.77±0.75）、（94.90±0.74）、（95.43±0.78）分,均优于对照组（89.82±1.00）、（89.48±1.03）、（90.06±0.92）、（89.32±1.30）、（89.59±1.16）分],差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者对医疗环境、专业技能、服务态度、护患关系满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护理风险紧急预案提高了手术室护理整体质量及患者满意度,降低了护理差错及护理纠纷发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Application evaluation of contingency plan in nursing intervention of op- erating room

Objective To explore the application of contingency plan in nursing intervention of operating room. Meth- ods 3057 patients before the implementation of the emergency plans of nursing risk were selected as the control group from February 2010 to January 2011 in the Third People＇s Hospital of Chongqing City, 3349 cases of patients after the implementation of the emergency plans of nursing risk were selected as the observation group from February 2011 to January 2012. Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing, patients in observation group were treated with emergency plans of nursing risk. The incidence of nursing disputes and nursing error were compared in the two groups; nursing quality and patients satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The incidence of nursing disputes and nursing error in observation group were 0.14% （5/3499）, 0.23% （8/3499） respectively, all better than those in control group 0.95% （29/3057）, 1.01% （31/3057）], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; the scores of health education, nursing process, professional technology, instrumentation, behavior, language communication in observation group were （94.48＋0.68）, （94.59~0.69）, （94.77_0.75）, （94.90＋_0.74）, （95.43__.0.78） scores, all better than those in control group （89.82＋1.00）, （89.48-＋1.03）, （90.06_＋0.92）, （89.32~-1.30）, （89.59_＋1.16） scores], the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; satisfaction of medical environment, professional skills, service attitude, the nurse-patient relationship in observation group were all high than those in control group, the differences were statisti- cally significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing risk emergency plan can improve the overall quality of care and oper- ating room patient satisfaction, reduce errors and nursing care disputes incidence, it is worthy of clinical application.
