针刺结合红外线照射治疗颈肩综合征Cox比例风险分析

目的探索针刺结合红外照射治疗颈肩综合征与单纯针刺组的临床疗效差异。方法回顾性调查2010年3月~2012年12月在北京市丰台区兴隆中医医院针灸科治疗颈肩综合征患者的治疗方法、＂好转＂时间、年龄、性别等信息,应用生存分析的单因素分析方法分析组间＂好转＂时间的疗效差异,并应用Cox比例风险模型进行多因素回归分析,探索与＂好转＂时间相关的影响因素。结果①针刺结合红外照射治疗颈肩综合征与单纯针刺组相比,在缩短＂好转＂时间上差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）;②Cox比例风险模型分析结果提示,年龄与组别间差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论针刺加红外线照射治疗颈肩综合征,相对于单纯针刺组,能够显著地缩短＂好转＂时间,减轻患者痛苦;年龄越大,＂好转＂时间越长。

Cox proportional hazards analysis of neck-shoulder syndrome treated by acupuncture combined with infra-red irradiate

Objective To explore the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with or without infrared radiation for neck-shoulder syndrome treatment. Methods Retrospective investigation of treatments, improvement time, age and gender of the patients with neck-shoulder syndrome from March 2010 to December 2012 in Beijing Fengtai Xinglong Hospital of TCM. Improvement time of different groups was analyzed by single factor analysis of survival analysis. And Cox proportional hazard model was used for multivariate regression analysis to explore influencing factors of improve- ment time. Results （1）Compared with simple acupuncture group, acupuncture combined with infrared irradiation for neck shoulder syndrome treatment had significant statistical significance in shortening the time of ＂improvemen＂ （P 〈 0.01）. （2）The Cox proportional hazards model analysis results suggested that age and groups had significant statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compared with simple acupuncture, acupuncture combined with infrared irradia- tion has better effects for neck shoulder syndrome treatment, which can reduce patients＂ suffering.
