卒中单元内早期康复训练对患者肢体功能恢复的影响

目的:探讨卒中单元内早期康复训练对患者肢体运动功能恢复的影响.方法:将40例急性脑卒中患者随机分为康复组和对照组各20例,康复组给予体位护理、肢体被动活动、坐位训练、床上训练及神经肌肉治疗,对照组给予常规护理.结果:康复组治愈率15%,好转率80%,致残率5%,平均住院21d;对照组治愈率5%,好转率15%,致残率80%,平均住院35d,两组比较差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:开展卒中单元内的早期康复训练可降低致残率,缩短住院时间,值得临床推广.

The effect of early rehabilitation in stroke unit on recovery of limbs ability of patients

Objective:To study the effect of early rehabilitation in stroke unit on recovery of limbs ability of patients. Methods: 40 patients with acute stroke were divided into routine treatment group and early rehabilitation group randomly. includes The correct set and passive exercise of paralyzed limbs , sitting exercise , exercise on the bed and treatment by nerve-muscle therapeutic equipments were applied in the early rehabilitation group.Results: The cure rate, improvement rate and impairment rate of the early rehabilitation group respectively is 15 percent ,80 percent and 5 percent . The average days in hospital is 21. The cure rate, improvement rate and impairment rate of routine treatment group respectively is 5 percent ,15 percent and 80 percent . The average days in hospital is 35.Conclusion: Early rehabilitation in stroke unit can raise cure rate ,cut down impairment rate and shorten average days in hospital significantly.
