| 摘 要： | １９９５年在藁城市农村进行了４－７月龄婴儿接种沪１９１麻疹疫苗（ＭＶ）临床反应和血清学效果观察，以及对婴儿母亲麻疹抗体的监测。结果表明：婴儿的母亲麻疹抗体阳性率为８Ｉ．１５％，几何平均滴度倒数（ＧＭＲＴ）为３７３。４～７月龄婴儿胎传抗体阳性率仅为２．１７％，为６一７月龄婴儿接种０．２ｍｌ或０．５ｍｌＭＶ，免疫成功率均８０％，ＧＭＲＴ为２５２－３５６；４月龄婴儿接种０．２ｍｌ和０．５ｍｌＭＶ，免疫成功率分别为３３．３３％和２８．５７％，ＧＭＲＴ分别为１５９和１２２：５月龄婴儿接种０２ｍｌ和０．５ｍｌＭＶ免疫成功率分别为５０．００％和７１．４３％，ＧＭＲＴ分别为２００和２４４。婴儿自身免疫系统的发育完善似乎是决定能否免疫成功的主要因素。接种ＭＶ高热率（＞３８．６℃）为５．３８％，皮疹率为１０％。

| Abstract: | A study on serological(ELISA) and clinical reaction of inumunization with S191 measles vac- cine to 4 - 7 months old infants was carried out in rural areas of Gaocheng city, Here: Prov- ince in 1995.The results showed that measles antibody positive rate of children-bearing moth- ers was 81,15%, GMT was 1:373, the positive rate of 4-7 months old infants with maternal antibody was 2. 17% The serological conversion rate of 6 - 7 months old infants couid reach over 80% whether administrated 0.2ml or 0.5ml vaccine. GMT was between 1 : 252 - 356. But the conversion rate of 4 months old infants was only 33.33o/o with 0.2ml and 28.57% with0.5ml, GMT was 1: l59 and 1i244, convenion rate of 5 months old infantswas 50.00% with 0.2ml and 71.43o/o with 0.5ml,GMT was 1:200 and 1: 244.This study suggested that the major factor influencing the serological conversion rate was , the dosage of vaccine taken by the infants and the maternal antibody, but possibly contributes tothe gradually growth of the age and the increasingly perfected immune system.The incidenceof fever( 38.6 ) and rash were 5.38% and 10.00% respectively. We haven't found other severe reactions during the study period . |
